AI assistant FAQ
What can the AI health assistant answer?
Questions about your readings (“is 58 BPM too low?”, “why is my HRV lower this week?”), general heart health, blood pressure, sleep, stress and lifestyle. It uses your most recent measurement as context so answers are about you, not a textbook average.
Is it medical advice?
No. It is an educational assistant that explains and gives context. It will tell you when something deserves a doctor's attention and it will not diagnose or prescribe.
Is my data sent to the AI?
Only the current conversation and a short summary of your latest metrics (heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, stress and energy) are sent to generate a reply. Your history is not uploaded.
Is the assistant free?
The AI health assistant is part of Premium, which has a 3-day free trial.
